- This mat is thin and designed for surface comfort, not for cushioning jumps between different height levels. For high platforms or height transitions, we recommend choosing a thicker padded mat from our store.
- Due to cutting and sewing processes, size variations of ±5 cm and slightly uneven edges may occur.
- Due to lighting and photography conditions, slight color differences may appear. We do our best to present images that reflect the product’s true colors as accurately as possible.
- Cotton products may experience minor shrinkage after washing (approximately 5%), which is normal and unavoidable.

1️⃣Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom only. Some addresses cannot be delivered to, including Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses in the U.S., as well as Crown Dependencies, UK Overseas Territories, and military addresses in the UK.
If an address is confirmed to be undeliverable by our shipping carriers, we will contact you by email. In some cases, the order may need to be cancelled.
2️⃣ Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after it is confirmed.
3️⃣Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time & Shipping Fees
We offer Economy and Standard shipping options for both destinations.
United States
- Economy Shipping: 6–12 business days
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
United Kingdom
- Economy Shipping: 6–10 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
4️⃣Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $70 USD or £50 GBP. Free shipping applies only to the Economy shipping method. If your order qualifies for free shipping but you prefer to select Standard shipping for faster delivery, a small additional shipping fee will apply.
5️⃣Order Review & Cancellation Rights
Certain orders may be subject to additional review, including but not limited to cases where:
- The shipping address is undeliverable
- The package is overweight or oversize, which results in a higher actual shipping cost than the estimate shown at checkout
- the order is identified as high-risk

1️⃣Returns & Hygiene Considerations
Due to the nature of our products, all items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a verified product quality issue.
We specialize in pet products, and once an item has been delivered, we cannot guarantee:
- Whether it has been opened or used
- Whether it has been exposed to bacteria or viruses
- Whether it remains safe for other pets
We also do not feel comfortable reselling returned pet products, as every pet is a beloved family member. We believe most pet owners would also prefer not to use items that may have been previously exposed to other pets, even if they appear unused.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding, as this policy is designed to protect all pets’ health and safety.
2️⃣Product Quality Issues & Refunds
If you receive a product with a verified quality issue, please contact us within 7 days after delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos.
Product quality issues refer to cases where the item:
- Is damaged during shipping (e.g. broken fragile items due to rough handling)
- Is no longer able to perform its intended function
After review and mutual agreement, we may offer a refund or other appropriate solution.
Please note that appearance-related issues do not necessarily qualify as quality defects. For example, textile products may arrive wrinkled or creased due to compression during transit. These wrinkles usually fade over time or after washing. As long as the product’s functionality is not affected, such appearance changes are considered normal and may not qualify for a refund.
