Shipping Destinations
At the moment, we ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.
If you are located in another country or region and would like to place an order, please feel free to contact us at info@rubysbunnyroom.com. We are continuously working on expanding to more markets and would be happy to hear from you.
Shipping Restrictions
United States
We currently ship only to the contiguous United States (the 48 mainland states and Washington, D.C.).
We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and any U.S. minor outlying islands
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- U.S.-associated Pacific island nations, including the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, and Palau
United Kingdom
We currently ship only to the United Kingdom mainland.
We do not ship to:
- Crown Dependencies, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man
- UK Overseas Territories, including but not limited to the British Indian Ocean Territory and the British Virgin Islands
- Military addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is eligible for delivery. If an address is confirmed to be undeliverable by our shipping carriers, we will contact you by email. In some cases, the order may need to be cancelled.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after it is confirmed.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, peak seasons, or in case of stock shortages. We will make every reasonable effort to minimize delays and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We offer Economy and Standard shipping options for both destinations.
United States
- Economy Shipping: 6–12 business days
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
United Kingdom
- Economy Shipping: 6–10 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We calculates shipping fees primarily based on the actual weight of the package, as configured in our Shopify shipping settings.
However, if an order contains large or bulky items, the shipping carrier may charge based on volumetric (dimensional) weight, which often results in a higher actual shipping cost than the estimate shown at checkout. In such cases, we will contact you by email to explain the situation. If the confirmed actual shipping cost is significantly higher than the shipping fee displayed at checkout, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will do our best to optimize packaging and reduce parcel size to avoid dimensional weight charges whenever possible.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $70 USD or £50 GBP. Free shipping applies only to the Economy shipping method. If your order qualifies for free shipping but you prefer to select Standard shipping for faster delivery, a small additional shipping fee will apply.
For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, we are currently unable to offer free shipping. The shipping fees charged on your orders reflect the actual costs charged by the shipping carrier. We do not mark up shipping fees for profit. Thank you for supporting a small business — it genuinely means a lot to us.
Taxes & Duties
The total shown at checkout includes only the product price and shipping fee.
Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges required upon delivery are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
If the customer chooses not to pay the required taxes or customs charges and the order is therefore refused, returned, or disposed of by the carrier, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund for the order.
We kindly encourage customers to review their local import regulations before placing an order.
Order Review & Cancellation Rights
Certain orders may be subject to additional review, including but not limited to cases where:
- The shipping address is undeliverable
- The package is overweight or oversize, which results in a higher actual shipping cost than the estimate shown at checkout
- the order is identified as high-risk
In these cases, we will contact you by email. We reserve the right to cancel the order if necessary.
